摘 要:本文利用DNA条形码ITS2序列探讨马鞭草科药用植物的分子鉴定和遗传特点。采用ITS2序列通用引物对样品进行PCR扩增、测序,MEGA6.0软件进行数据分析,结果表明:马鞭草科植物ITS2的平均长度为368.4bp,G+C含量为61.9%,变异位点占32.85%;马鞭草科植物样品间的分化系数为0.757;UPGMA法对马鞭草科属间的系统发育进行聚类分析,成功鉴别供试样本。可见,ITS2片段可作为马鞭草科属间物种DNA条形码分子鉴别序列。The study aimed to molecular identification and genetic character of DNA barcode ITS2 for medicinal plants in verbenaceae. The DNA sequences of ITS2 were amplified, sequenced, and then analyzed by thesoftware MEGA 6.0, The Genetic distances were calculated by pairwise distance method, molecular authentication analysis was constructed with UPGMA method. The results showed that the average length of ITS2 was 368.4bp, the content of G + C was 61.9%, The percentage ofvariation sites was 32. 85% ; the coefficient of differentiation was 0. 757, the phylogenetic treedemonstrated that all samples of Verbenaceaewereidentified. Therefore, the DNA barcode ITS2 was an effective sequence for molecular identification ofverhenaceae.
