摘 要:目的:从三颗针中优选盐酸小檗碱的提取分离工艺。方法:采用比色法测定盐酸小檗碱的含量,以盐酸小檗碱的得率为指标,考察石灰乳的浓度,食盐的浓度,溶液p H值三个因素对提取分离小檗碱的影响,再采用正交试验确定最佳提取分离工艺。结果:三颗针中小檗碱的提取分离最佳工艺为:石灰乳的浓度为5%,食盐的浓度为5%,盐酸的PH值为2,该工艺下盐酸小檗碱的得率8.37%。结论:该工艺具有操作简单,成本较低,得率高等优点,适用于三颗针中盐酸小檗碱的提取分离。Subjective: To optimize the best extraction process of berberine hydrochloride from berberi- dis. Methods: The content of berberine hydrochloride is determined by colorimetric method. Taking the value of berberine hydrochloride as the index, influences of concentration of lime milk, salt concentration of hydrochloric acid, the acidity of three factors on extraction of berberine were evaluated, Then the best extraction technology by orthogonal test was determined. Results: The best extraction technology of berberine berberidis for: The mass fraction of milk of lime is 5% ; The mass fraction of salt is 5% ; The pH of hydrochloric acid is 2. The yield of berberine hydrochloride in the process 8.37%. Conclusions: The process is simple, low cost, high yield, and it is applicable for the extraction and separation for berberine hydrochloride in berberidis Radix.
