摘 要:在对市场需求、地方社会经济发展需要和自身实际情况进行理性分析的基础上,提出体育教育专业人才"1+2"分流培养模式,即以培养体育师资为主流,以考研深造、行业就业与创业为人才分流的两大分方向进行人才培养的模式。旨在提升专业办学实力、学生社会竞争力和服务地方社会的能力,拓宽学生就业出路。在人才培养方案的设计、教学监控与管理、长效机制和动态效果评价等方面采取相应措施,保障体育教育专业人才"1+2"分流培养模式的实施。从学生专业竞赛、就业、考研环境和成绩、服务社会等方面对体育教育专业人才"1+2"分流培养模式的实施成效进行检视,认为取得了较好的效果,同时还要不断完善,要紧贴实际,理性思考,认真理解人才培养的规律和主动把握社会需求,根据社会形势探索和创新体育教育专业人才的培养。On the basis of rational analysis of society demand and local economic development needs of society and their own actual situation, this paper put forward a physical education professional personnel " 1 + 2" shunt training mode, namely to cultivate qualified teachers for the mainstream, with one~ deceased father grind for tfur- ther study, industry employment and entrepreneurship as the way of two points of talent distributary mode of talent training. Aimed at professional running school, students^ocial competitiveness and service ability of local society, Broaden the students employment directions. In the design of talent training scheme, teaching monitoring and man- agement, long- term mechanism and the effect of dynamic evaluation, etc, it takes corresponding measures to guarantee physical education professional personnel "l + 2" shunt training mode. The implementation effect was examined from professional competition, employment, environment and to prepare for the examination results, service society of physical education professional personnel "1 + 2" shunt training mode, we believe that good results have been achieved, it also need to constantly improve in order to close to reality, Rational thinking, un- derstanding the regular of the talent training and taking the initiative to grasp the social needs are required according to the social situation of exploration and innovation physical education professional personnel training.
