固精麦斯哈片对正常雄性大鼠性行为的影响及其内分泌机制研究

摘　　要：目的探讨维药固精麦斯哈片对正常雄性大鼠性行为学及性腺轴激素的影响。方法正常性成熟雄性SD大鼠20只,随机分为正常对照组和固精麦斯哈片组,每组10只。固精麦斯哈片组给予固精麦斯哈片360mg/kg,每日2次灌胃,正常对照组给予10mL/kg生理盐水,每日2次灌胃,连续6周。固精麦斯哈片干预第2周、第4周、第6周末进行大鼠性行为学及APO试验检测,第6周末放射免疫法检测血清催乳素(prolactin,PRL)、黄体生成素(1uteiniziing hormone,LH)、促卵泡生成激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、雌二醇(estradiol,E_2)、总睾酮(total testoterone,tT)浓度。结果固精麦斯哈片干预4周到6周,与正常对照组相比,固精麦斯哈片组骑跨潜伏期、插入潜伏期、射精潜伏期明显延长(P<0.01);骑跨次数、插入次数、射精次数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与正常对照组相比,固精麦斯哈片组PRL,,FSH,LH水平升高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),E_2和tT水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论维药固精麦斯哈片对正常雄性大鼠性行为和射精功能具有调节作用,这一调节作用与E_2和tT的浓度降低有关。Objective To study the effect of Gujingrnaisiha tablet（Uygur medicine） on the sexual behaviors and sex hormone of normal male rats. Methods twenty SD rats of normal sexual function were selected, then they are divided into normal control group and Gujingrnaiha tablet group. Every group have ten rats. Gujingrnaisiha tablet group were interfered for 6 weeks With Gujingmaisiha tablet（360mg/kg） by gavage twice a day. Meanwhile, the normal control group were treated with normal saline in（10ml/kg）. The levels of hormone （prolactin, luteinizing hormone, follicle stimulating hormone, estradiol, total testosterone） in serum was measured by using radioimmunoassay after interfered with Gujingmaisiha tablet for 6weeks. Results After interfere with Gujingmaisiha tablet for 4 weeks or 6 weeks, the incubation periods of straddle,insertion and ejaculation of Gujingmasiha tablet group is longer than normal control group（P〈0.01）, but frequency of straddle, insertion and ejaculation have no difference（P〉0.05）. The level of PRL, FSH and LH is increased（P〈0.05）, E2 and tT level is reduced （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Gujingmaisiha tablet can elevate the sex function and ejaculation of normal male rats significantly, this effect is related to the decreased level orE2 and tT.
