摘　　要：通过将高ARPU值用户常驻小区与柳州市城区51个重要场所的覆盖小区相匹配的方式,筛选出12个重要场所作为高价值区域,结合用户信令、MR、投诉、DT/CQT等多个贴近用户感知的数据维度及相关指标,搭建基于高价值区域精品网络的评估体系,借助当前成熟的信令数据分析软件、强大的网优支撑平台等优化工具及科学的优化方法,通过实践验证充分体现精品网络的价值意义。In this paper the high ARPU value of user＇ s resident cell and Liuzhou City 51 important place cell coverage to match the way screened 12 important places as the high value area, combined with user signaling, Mr, complaints, DT / CQT and more close to the user perception of the dimension of data and related indicators, build a high value area network quality assessment system based on, with the mature signaling data analysis software, powerful network support platform optimization tools and scientific optimization method, through practice to verify fully embody the value of network quality.
