大类招生培养模式下经管类专业分流问题研究

摘　　要：南昌大学经济管理学院在实施"大类招生培养模式"的过程中发现:专业分流时不同专业人数存在明显差异。这不仅使得"热门专业"的教师教学负荷过重,也会挫伤"冷门专业"教师的教学积极性,同时对学生的成长造成负面效应。通过加强专业建设、学生引导和制度管理,可以有效的降低专业分流时各专业学生数量不均的程度,提高学生培养质量。The ＂classified enrollment education mode＂ has been implemented at school of economics and management of Nanchang University for several years. A significant phenomenon has been noted that the great difference in the numbers of students between popular and less popular majors. The phenomenon would overwhelm some teachers and depresses the others at the same time. Furthermore it would mislead the student when making the major choice and lead to a negative effect on the education quality. Through the disciplinary construction, distributing guidance and system management, it will effectively reduce student number disparity for different majors, and improve the educa- tion quality.
