摘　　要：本文建立了一种LB模型,用数值模拟的方法研究了ZL201铝合金预制体在固液混合流变铸造中的熔化和凝固过程。该模型主要模拟ZL201铝合金搅拌期间预制体的熔化过程以及熔体内的流场和温度场的演变过程,并分析了该过程中固液混合流变工艺的熔化特点。In this paper,a LB model is created,which is studied the melting and solidification process of the ZL201 aluminum alloy preform in the solid-liquid mixing rheocasting through numerical simulation method. The model mainly simulats the melting process of preform and the flow and temperature field evolution within the melt during the ZL201 aluminum alloy stirring process,and then the melt rheological characteristics of the solid-liquid mixing process is analyzed.
