摘　　要：高分子正温度系数热敏电阻(PPTC),是使用具有正温度系数热敏电阻特性之高分子基、填充导电复合材料做基础所构成之热敏电阻,是近几年出现的新型正温度系数过流保护元件。主要用于电子设备的短路及过载保护。本文介绍了PPTC热敏电阻动作原理、特性参数和与压敏电阻的组合应用。Polymeric positive temperature coefficient thermistor（PPTC）, based on polymer matrix and filled conductive composites of PTC characteristics, is a new PTC over-current protection component appearing in these years, which is mainly applied to short circuit of electronic equipment and overload protection. This paper introduces the working principle of PPTC, characteristic parameters and its composite applications with piezoresistors.
