摘　　要：目前我国物流成本控制还没有一个完整的体系,企业消耗的物流成本费用较高。企业中普遍存在着物流成本管控不够科学和达不到预期耗用的问题,所以降低物流成本是企业发展的当务之急。本文以F公司为例,结合企业成本管理理论,讨论了F公司物流成本管理的现状,然后通过两个方面来分析该公司物流成本问题,进而提出相关物流成本的控制和改进对策。At present, there is not a complete system of logistics cost control in China, and the cost of logistics cost is high. Enterprises generally exist in the logistics cost control is not enough science and the expected consumption of the problem, so reduce logistics costs is the top priority of enterprise development. In this paper, F company, for example, with the theory of enterprise cost management, F company logistics cost management status quo, and then through two aspects to analyze the company＇s logistics cost.
