摘  要:针对马钢CSP生产的SPHC钢钙处理现状,应用热力学平衡模型计算了钙处理钢液中的S-Ca、Al-Ca平衡反应,得出CaS容易在相对较高和温度较低时析出,1 873K时变性处理形成C_(12)A_7和C_3A的理论钙铝比值应分别满足w([Al])~2/w([Ca])~3≤2.90×10~5和9.62×10~3。参照实际生产数据,经分析提出该钢种钙处理时w([Al])~2/w([Ca])~3≤5.0×10~4、w([Ca])/w([Al])为0.09~0.11、w([S])≤0.003%等的合理控制范围。Based on the calcium treatment for SPHC steel during the CSP production in Masteel, the equilibrium reac- tions for S-Ca and Al-Ca are calculated according to thermodynamic equilibrium model. It is concluded that the CaS is easy to precipitate in a relatively higher sulfur content and a lower temperature. At 1 873 K,theoretical calcium alu- minum ratio to form liquid C12A7 and Ca A after modification should make the ratio of w([Al])2/w([Ca])3 no more than 2.90× 10^5 and 9.62× 10^3 , respectively. By reference to the actual production data, through the analysis it is proposed that the ratio of w([Al])2/w([Ca])3 should be no more than 5.0× 10^4,the ration of w([Ca])/w([Al]) should be in the range of 0.09-0.11 and the w([S]) should be equal to or less than 0. 003% during the calcium treatment.
