摘  要:承受循环载荷的压力容器,其外部附件垫板与筒体之间的角焊缝上存在着很明显的应力集中。这种角焊缝不便进行加工和实施全面的无损检测,因此会对容器的疲劳强度分析结果产生很大影响。各国标准对角焊缝以疲劳强度减弱系数来考虑它对疲劳强度的影响,然而国内在压力容器疲劳分析中普遍忽视了这一影响疲劳强度的重要因素,这既不符合标准要求也不够安全。为确保压力容器安全运行,对其角焊缝必须实行疲劳强度校核。文章分析了影响焊缝疲劳强度的各种因素,提出了相应的措施以提高容器疲劳分析的安全性和可靠性。Obvious stress concentration exists on the fillet weld between shell and its external attachment pad of the pressure vessel subjected to cyclic loading.It is not convenient to machine and implement comprehensive non-destructive examination for this kind of fillet weld,so fillet weld has great impact on the fatigue strength of vessels.Design standards of many foreign countries regard the impact on fatigue strength as a fatigue strength reduction factor.However,designers in our country often ignore this important factor influencing fatigue strength during fatigue analysis of pressure vessel.This method is not in accordance with design standards and it is not safe enough.To ensure the safe operation of pressure vessels,the fillet weld must be inspected for fatigue strength.Through analyzing various factors influencing weld fatigue strength,this paper brings forward some pertinent measures to improve safety and reliability of fatigue analysis on pressure vessels.
