摘 要:分析架空线—海底电缆混合线路发生故障后行波的传播特点,并在此基础上提出一种利用暂态行波的架空线—海底电缆混合线路故障定位方法,以架空线与海底电缆连接点处发生故障后暂态行波传播到混合线路两端母线的时间差值为整定值序列,当架空线—海底电缆混合线路发生故障后,通过所测得的故障暂态行波传播到混合线路两端母线的时间差值与整定值序列进行比较确定故障区段,再通过相应测距公式进行测距计算。PSCAD仿真结果表明,本方法可以准确可靠地测出故障点。Traveling wave propagation characteristics of the overhead line-submarine cable are analyzed after faults, and a fault location method based on transient travelling wave is proposed. The time difference of the transient traveling waves arrived buses of the overhead line and the submarine cable after the fault occurred at the connection point of the overhead line and the submarine cable is set to the setting value sequence. The preliminary fault location is given after comparing the time different with the setting value sequence. Then the fault location is decided using corresponding distance formula. PSCAD simulation shows the proposed method is feasible and the accuracy of fault location is improved obviously.
