摘 要:鲜食玉米因其口感好、营养丰富,受到越来越多人的喜爱,具有良好的市场前景。机收鲜食玉米的主要问题是玉米收获机摘穗辊对玉米穗根部籽粒啃伤严重。设计了一种鲜食玉米低损伤摘穗试验台,并进行了鲜食玉米摘穗试验,研究了玉米收获机的主要结构、运动参数对鲜食玉米籽粒损伤的影响规律,得到了试验因素的最佳组合,可为鲜食玉米收获机的研制提供基本的结构、运动参数。Because of good taste and nutrient-rich,fresh-eating maize is becoming more and more people' s favorite. It has a good market prospects. Main problems with machine harvesting of fresh-eating maize are that ear root grains were damaged seriously by picking roller of maize harvesting machine. A low-injury picking test table for fresh-eating maize was designed. Picking test of fresh-eating maize was made. Effects of main structure and parameters of maize harvesting machine on grains damage of fresh-eating maize were researched. The best combination of experimental factors was obtained. The picking test table could provide basic structure and motion parameters for development of fresh-eating maize harvester.
