摘　　要：In this paper, we give some new conditions of the existence of Hall subgroups in non-soluble finite groups, and so the famous Hall theorem and Schur-Zassenhaus theorem are generalized.In this paper, we give some new conditions of the existence of Hall subgroups in non-soluble finite groups, and so the famous Hall theorem and Schur-Zassenhaus theorem are generalized.
