摘  要:为寻找适合于二次流混凝沉降好氧颗粒污泥的培养的生物絮凝剂,以污水处理厂二沉池污泥为原材料,利用盐酸提取其中生物絮凝剂。结果表明:以18%的盐酸溶液提取,污泥量为100 mL时、添加盐酸15 mL,搅拌速度700r/min,提取时间为15min,提取率达4.11%,经检测其多糖含量为23.10%(w/w),蛋白质含量为29.83%(w/w)。In order to find suitable biological flocculant for aerobic granular sludge with second flow mixed culture coagulation, with the sludge in secondary sedimentation as raw material,extracting the biological flocculant with hydrochloric acid.Results show that: extracted with 18 % hydrochloric acid solution,when sludge was 100 mL,adding amount of hydrochloric acid was 15 mL,stirring speed was 700 rpm,extraction time was 15 min,the extraction rate was 4.11% ,at last there were 23.10 polysaceharide (w/w) and 29.83% protein (w/w) in it with detection.
