On Experiment of Anti-season Potted Cutting Propagation of Modern Chinese Rose in Northern Hunan Region

摘  要:2014年岳阳市林业科学研究所从引进60多个月季品种中筛选出40个品种进行反季节盆栽扦插实验,实验结果显示:40个品种进行扦插,其中有13个品种的成活率达到90%,有16个品种的成活率达到80%,有6个品种在成活率60-80%之间;13个品种的成活率在60%以下,有5个品种最终成活率为0%。试验发现,短期的高湿高温环境对实验的40个品种扦插成活造成不同的影响:其中有10个品种受高湿高温影响较大,有9个品种受高湿高温影响很大,有16个品种受高湿高温影响不大,有5个品种受高湿高温影响后全部死亡。以最终成活的月季品种计算上、中、基三段穗条的扦插平均成活率发现:中段插穗平均成活率最高(75%),基端插穗平均成活率次之(65%),上端插穗平均成活率最低(57%)。This study introduced more than 60 varieties of China rose from yueyang forestry science institute in 2014, and selected 40 varieties which conducted Anti-season potted cutting experiments.The results showed that: 40 varieties of cutting, which had 13 varieties of survival rate reached 90% ,had 16 varieties of survival rate reached 80% ,had 6 varieties of survival rate between 60 - 80%;had 13 varieties of survival rate below 60 % ,had 5 varieties of survival rate is 0 %.At the same times,found that short-term high temperature and humidity environment had different effects for the experiment of 40 varieties cuttings survival: there were 10 varieties greatly influenced by high temperature and humidity,there were nine varieties The biggest influenced by high temperature and humidity,there were 16 varieties almost no influenced by high temperature and humidity,there were five varieties all faded by high temperature and humidity.The final survival of the Chinese rose varieties and the calculated three sections of cutting the average survival rate is found that the average survival rate of cuttings in middle is the highest (75%) ,the average survival rate of cuttings in base is the second (65 %) and the average survival rate of cuttings in upper is the lowest (57%).
