居民体育素养评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：体育素养是体育强国评价重要指标之一,利用文献资料、专家访问、逻辑分析、数理统计等研究方法构建出2个一级指标、3个二级指标、9个三级指标和23个四级指标的居民体育素养评价指标体系。在解读各具体指标层内涵的基础上,利用特尔斐法和层次分析法给指标体系进行权重赋值。在分析各指标权重过程中得出:运动参与素养、体育意识素养、体育技能素养与体育知识素养为核心指标,从而为后续研究提供理论基础。The sports attainment is one of the important evaluation index of the powerful sports country.By using of the literature review, expert visiting, logical analysis and mathematical statistics, the paper constituted a four-level evaluatin index system of resident sports attainment, which covering 2 first level indicators, 3 second level indicators, 9 third level indicators and 23 fourth level indicators.Based on interpreting such layers, the weight assignment was worked out by using the research methods as Delphi and layer analysis.Finally, the paper concluded the core indexes： the sports participating quality, sports consciousness quality,sprts skill quality and sports knowledge quality.It provides theoretical basis for further research.
