摘　　要：实施导师负责制是目前高校研究生培养的主要模式。导师的培养态度和能力水平直接影响了研究生的培养质量。目前大部分高校都有针对导师的考核制度,但这种制度并不完善,考核效果不理想。本文针对导师考核制度中存在的问题,提出了构建累积考核、二次考核、跟踪考核、修正考核和第三方独立考核等多种模式的考核建议,以维护导师、学生、学校和国家多方利益。The implementing tutor system is the main mode of graduate education in colleges and universities.The cultivation at titude of teacher and ability level influence the cultivation quality, Universities is lack of train and cultivate the appraisal system From the problems of teacher evaluation system, we put forward the cumulative assessment, two assessments and tracking as sessment to protect the interests of teacher,student, school and the country.
