摘 要:测试了木薯加工废弃物生物发酵转化有机肥产品ZH-1、ZH-2在白菜薹上的应用效果设有机肥ZH-1(处理1)、有机肥ZH-2(处理2),并以高浓度复合肥(CK-1)、不施肥(CK-2)作为对照处理,通过田间栽培试验研究施用有机肥ZH-1和ZH-2对白菜薹经济性状、品质、产量及经济效益的影响。结果表明,3个施肥处理均起到促进白菜薹生长的效果,各指标测定结果显著或极显著优于不施肥处理(CK-2)。在施肥处理中,有机肥ZH-1和ZH-2处理白菜薹单位产量比同等养分条件下施用高浓度复合肥(CK-1)分别低6.92%和4.44%,但2个有机肥处理白菜薹的品质更好,商品质量更高,经济效益比施用高浓度复合肥(CK-1)分别提高32.32%和38.55%,其中有机肥ZH-2的综合施用效果尤为突出。因此,新型有机肥料产品ZH-1和ZH-2值得在白菜薹生产上应用推广。This study was conducted to determine the application effect of organic fertilizers ZH-1 and ZH-2 ferment-transformed from cassava processing wastes(cassava peel and cassava starch residue) on economic characters, quality, yield and economic benefit in Brassica parachinensis L. H. Bailey, and included two treatments, i.e. organic fertilizer ZH-1(treatment 1) and organic fertilizer ZH-2(treatment 2),with two controls, i.e. high-concentration compound fertilizer(CK-1) and no fertilization(CK-2). The results showed that the three fertilization treatments all promoted the growth of Brassica parachinensis L. H. Bailey. The growth indexes of the three treatments were significantly or greatly significantly better than those of the CK-2. In the treatments of fertilization, the yields of the treatments 1 and 2 were 6.92% and 4.44% lower than those of the CK-1 under the same nutrient condition, but the economic benefits of the treatments 1 and 2 were 32.32% and 38.55% higher than that of the CK-1. The comprehensive application effect of organic fertilizer ZH-2 was particularly prominent. So the new organic fertilizer products ZH-1 and ZH-2 should be used widely in the production of Brassica parachinensis L.H.Bailey.
