摘　　要：目的探究对腹腔镜下实施腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术(TEP)的患者应用围手术期护理的临床效果。方法临床纳入2013年8月至2016年3月间在本院实施TEP手术的患者63例,应用随机投掷法对患者分组,对照组31例给予一般护理,研究组32例给予围手术期的干预措施,对比两组间心理状态、生活质量及并发症。结果护理后研究组心理状态相比对照组得到改善,P<0.05。护理后研究组患者躯体健康、人际关系、生理功能、精神等生存质量水平相比于对照组好转,P<0.05。护理后研究组出血、肺部感染、尿潴留发生几率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论通过对腹腔镜下实施TEP手术的患者实施围手术期干预护理,能够增加患者术后生存质量,降低并发症状,改善负性情绪。Objective To explore the clinical effect of perioperative nursing care for patients with laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair （TEP）.Methods From August 2013 to March 2016, 63 patients with TEP in our hospital were operated .were divided into two groups , the control group （ 31 cases ） received general nursing, the research group （32 cases） given peri operative intervention measures , compared psychological state , quality of life and complications between two groups .Results Compared with the control group , the psychological status of the study group was improved after nursing care , P〈0.05.After nursing research group patients physical health , interpersonal , physiological function , mental and other quality of life compared to the control group, P〈0.05.Compared with the control group , the incidence of bleeding , pulmonary infection and urinary retention in the study group was lower than that in the control group , P〈0.05.Conclusions TEP operation can increase the quality of life and reduce the negative emotion of the patients with inguinal hernia .
