摘　　要：在舟山建设自贸区背景下,从舟山自贸区功能定位入手,分析自贸区建设过程中对人才的需求、舟山地方高校人才培养中存在的问题,从而提出如何构建舟山地方高校服务自贸区人才培养的路径,以期实现地方高校服务舟山自贸区建设的最优化。Under the background of construction of Zhoushan Free Trade Zone, this paper, based on function of Zhoushan Free Trade Zone, analyzes not only the demand for talents in the process of its construction but also the problems existing in the talent cultivation of local universities. Moreover, this paper advances some suggestions on how to build talent-cultivating path of local universities for Zhoushan Free Trade Zone so as to achieve the optimization for the local university to serve Zhoushan Free Trade Zone.
