大学生志愿服务参与地方社会治理的探索与实践——以浙江海洋大学东海科学技术学院为例

摘　　要：推进社会治理建设是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要保障。社会治理体现了政府部门、社会组织、公民对社会公共事务管理的共同参与。志愿服务是创新社会治理的有效途径,大学生是志愿服务的重要参与力量。地方社会治理存在主体单一、方式缺乏多样性等问题,高校大学生可以通过志愿服务弥补其不足,并在化解社会矛盾、舒缓社会压力等方面具有独特价值。高等学校要采取措施积极发动大学生参与地方社会治理,努力实现地方社会治理与大学生素养提升的良性互动。It is an important guarantee for the construction of socialist harmonious society by boosting the construction of social management. The social management embodies the joint participation of the governmental departments, social organizations and citizens in the control of social public affairs. The voluntary service is one of the effective ways to innovate the social management, and the college students are the important participation strength of the voluntary services. Such problems as single subject and tack of diverse methods, and so on, in the local social management. But college students can make up the deficiency by means of voluntary services, resulting in the unique value in such aspects as neutralizing social contradictions, relieving social pressures, and so on so forth. College and universities should take measures actively to motivate students to take part in the local social management so as to realize the benign interaction between the social management and the promotion of students＇ accomplishment.
