摘　　要：目前,BIM技术的应用研究基本还是集中于新建工程领域,对于在既有建筑鉴定加固与后期运营维护的应用研究较为缺乏。本文归纳了既有建筑与新建建筑在BIM应用需求方面的区别,并指出了BIM技术在既有建筑检测、加固设计、施工各个阶段的应用方向与需要解决的问题,供相关工程技术人员与研究人员参考。Presently,the application of BIM mainly focus on the construction of new projects,while lack of research on application in the inspection and reinforcement for existing buildings.This paper summarizes the different demands in BIM application between newly constructed buildings and existing buildings,and simultaneously points out the application trend and the problem which need to be solved during each stage for existing buildings in inspection,strengthen design,and construction.It could be used as a reference for engineers and scholars in the future similar studies.
