摘　　要：通过对本实验室临床工作中遇到的假性血小板降低(pseudo thrombocytopenia,PTCP)案例分析,探讨如何根据国际标准化组织(International Organization for Standardization,ISO)15189:2012质量管理体系要求,从检验前、中、后3个方面,规范PTCP处理流程,以提高实验室整体检验过程的质量管理的思路和方法。We discuss how to make the （pseudo thrombocytopenia, PTCP） treatment scheme to meet the requirements of International Organization for Standardization （ISO） 15189：2012 based on some case of PTCP. We will classify the scheme to be pre-test, test and post-test to explain the scheme. The goal of this paper is to improve the quality of clinical laboratories.
