摘　　要：目的:探讨股静脉穿刺置管术在基层医院休克患者抢救中的应用。方法:选取某基层医院2015-01—2016-06进行抢救的休克患者共54例,随机分为股静脉穿刺组(A组)和开放外周静脉通道组(B组),分别比较2组患者在穿刺后各时间点的平均动脉压(MAP)、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)和乳酸值(RA),及6h液体复苏后休克纠正成功率。结果:随着复苏时间的延长,A组的MAP、SaO2较对照组明显上升,RA值则明显降低。A组6h液体复苏后休克纠正成功率明显高于B组。结论:股静脉穿刺术可提高休克抢救成功率,较少引起严重并发症,操作相对简单、安全,值得在基层医院急救中推广。Objective：To investigate the application of femoral venous catheterization in emergency treatment of patients with shock in primary hospital.Method：From January 2015 to June 2016,a total of 54 cases of patients with shock in a primary hospital were randomly divided into 2groups：femoral venous catheterization group（the study group）and peripheral venous catheterization group（the control group）.The mean arterial pressure,arterial oxygen saturation,lactic acid and the successful rate of 6hfluid resuscitation for patients with shock were compared between the two groups at each time point after puncture.Result：With the increment of recovery time,the mean arterial pressure and arterial oxygen saturation in the study group were significantly higher than that of in the control group,while the blood lactic acid was significantly decreased.The success rate of 6hfluid resuscitation in the study group was significantly higher than that of in the control group.Conclusion：The femoral venous catheterization can improve the success rate of fluid resuscitation and has less complications,moreover,the operation is safe and easy to learn.Therefore it is worth to be promoted and can improve the level of emergency treatment in primary hospital.
