摘 要:以氯化铈溶液为原料,添加一定浓度的柠檬酸,在管式炉内通过喷雾焙烧的方法制备纳米氧化铈实心微粉,在制备研究过程中,采用差热、XRD、SEM等手段对其反应过程、产物转化率和氯根残留的影响因素及实心粉体的制备条件进行实验分析。结果表明,焙烧产物CeO_2的转化率随焙烧温度的升高而升高,随CeCl_3溶液浓度的升高而降低,在50 g/L浓度条件下,焙烧温度达到800℃时,转化率可达到97.4%;与CeO_2的转化率相反,焙烧产物中Cl^-的残留量随焙烧温度的升高而降低,随CeCl_3溶液浓度的升高而升高,在50 g/L浓度条件下,焙烧温度达到800℃时,焙烧产物中Cl^-的残留量为0.47%;通过在氯化铈溶液中加入不同浓度柠檬酸的的喷雾焙烧实验表明,焙烧温度600℃、氯化铈溶液浓度100 g/L、柠檬酸浓度0.029 mol/L时,可以得到结晶度较高、球形度较好的CeO_2实心球粉末,且柠檬酸的加入对产物CeO_2的转化率基本没有影响。This paper first proposed a way to prepare nano cerium oxide solid powder by spray roasting in tube furnace with the cerium chloride solution as raw material and citric acid as an additive. Differential thermal,XRD,SEM and other study means were used to analyze the influence factors of CeO2 conversion rate and the content of Cl^-. The results showed that the conversion rate of calcined CeO2 increased with increasing temperature,and decreased with increasing CeCl3 concentration.Under the conditions of CeCl3 concentration 50 g / L and calcination temperature 800℃,the conversion rate can reach 97. 4%.Contrast to the conversion rate of CeO2,residual content of Cl^- decreased with increasing temperature and increased with increasing CeCl3 concentration. When CeCl3 concentration was 50 g / L and calcination temperature reached 800 ℃,the residues of Cl-was 0. 47%. The results also showed that,under the conditions of calcination temperature 600 ℃,the concentration of cerium chloride solution 100 g / L,citric acid concentration 0. 029 mol / L,solid spherical CeO2 powder with high crystalline and good sphericity can be obtained,and the addition of citric acid is not affected the conversion rate of the product CeO2.
