摘 要:采用镧溶液处理耐镧品种周8425B和镧敏感品种皖麦41幼苗,测定了叶片和根系的总巯基、蛋白巯基、非蛋白巯基含量以及可溶性蛋白含量。结果表明,耐性品种是通过根系合成较多的非蛋白巯基络合镧,减少镧向地上部的运输,而提高植株对镧耐性。而敏感品种根系蛋白巯基受镧胁迫后含量下降,会有更多量的镧吸收运输到地上部分,因此叶片的蛋白巯基增多,高浓度镧的胁迫作用在根部会更为突出,表现出对镧的耐受程度下降。The Zhou8425 B and Wanmai41 were treated with different concentration La3 +,contents of the total thiol,protein thiol,non- protein thiol and soluble protein in the leaves and roots were determined. The results showed that the tolerant variety reduced transportation of La to the shoots of plants by synthetizing more complexes of non- protein thiol and La in root,so improved tolerance to La. When the sensitive cultivar was stressed by La,protein thiol content decreased,and there were more amount of La transported to the leaves,so the protein thiols content increased in leaves,and stress effect of high concentration La might be more prominent in the roots,so the tolerance to La decreased.
