小鼠肾集合管发育中的细胞凋亡与整合素α2的表达

摘　　要：目的观察小鼠肾集合管发育过程中细胞凋亡与整合素α2的表达,探讨小鼠集合管发育过程中整合素α2及细胞凋亡的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学及灰度值测量、TUNEL染色及细胞凋亡指数检测方法对胚龄(E)17、18d及生后日龄(P)1、3、7、14、21、40d的小鼠肾集合管中整合素α2的表达和细胞凋亡情况进行观察分析。结果整合素α2于E17d的集合管开始出现,至P7d达到高峰,之后无明显含量的变化。TUNEL染色显示细胞凋亡最早出现于P1d的集合管,P7d达到最高峰,之后无明显变化。结论整合素α2及细胞凋亡对集合管的发育过程起一定的作用,整合素α2对细胞凋亡有一定的影响作用。Objective To observe the expression of integrin α2 and apoptosis in collecting ducts of mice during development,in order to explore the function of integrin α2 and apoptosis. Methods Immunohistochemistry and grayscale value measuring,TUNEL and detection of apoptosis index were used to observe and measure the expression of integrinα2 and apoptosis in the collecting ducts of mice at embryonic（E）17,18 d and postnatal（P）1,3,7,14,21,40 d. Results Integrinα2 was first to be seen in collecting ducts at E17 d,it reached the peak at P7 d,after no significant change.But the apoptosis could be seen at P1 d in collecting ducts.At P7 d, it reached the peak also. Conclusion The results suggest that integrin α2 and apoptosis play an important role in the developing of collecting ducts,and integrin α2 may be had effect on apoptosis.
