金双歧联合非营养性吸吮治疗早产儿喂养不耐受临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察金双歧联合非营养性吸吮治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的临床效果。方法选择2013年10月-2014年11月我院收治的早产儿984例,其中有76例早产儿出现喂养不耐受,随机将其分成对照组和治疗组,每组各38例。对照组采用常规对症治疗,包括减量喂养及必要时增加液体输入量,治疗组采用对症治疗＋金双歧联合非营养性吸吮治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组患儿出生体重恢复时间、达全胃肠道喂养时间、平均住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患儿体重日增长情况相比,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗组有1例（1.32%）NEC发生,对照组有2例（3.95%）发生NEC,两组NEC发生率相比,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组患者治疗期间均未发生与药物相关的不良反应。结论对喂养不耐受的早产儿采用金双歧联合非营养性吸吮治疗效果明显,能有效的缩短患儿体重恢复时间、全胃肠道喂养时间,减少平均住院时间,可推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of feeding intolerance of prematures by bifidobacterium powder combined non-nutritive sucking. Methods 984 cases of prematures cured in our hospital from October 2013 to November 2014 were selectd as the study objects. Among them, 76 cases appeared the feeding intolerance, and they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 38 cases in each. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the treatment group was treated with bifidobacterium powder combined non-nutritive sucking. The treatment effect of them was compared. Results The recovery time of birth weight, total gastrointestinal feeding time and average hospital stay in treatment group were significantly shorter than those in control group（P〈0.05）. The body weight of the two groups increased day by day（1.32%） in the treatment group and 2 cases（3.95%） in the control group. There was no significant difference in the incidence of NEC between the two groups（P〉0.05）, but there was no statistical difference（P〉0.05）. There were no adverse drug-related adverse events in both groups. Conclusion There have the obvious therapeutic effects of feeding intolerance of prematures by bifidobacterium powder combined non-nutritive sucking. It can effective shorten the time of weight recovery and full gastrointestinal feeding, and reduce hospital stays. It is worth for promotion.
