摘  要:目的探讨无创脑水肿动态监测应用于重型颅脑损伤患者术后的临床价值;方法选取2015年1-12月我院收治的重型颅脑损伤患者38例,使用无创脑水肿动态监测综合扰动系数及颅内压;结果不同时间点同侧CIE扰动系数存在明显区别,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);结论无创脑水肿动态监测应用于重型颅脑损伤患者术后扰动系数的变化,能够评估患者的脑水肿演变进程,为临床治疗提供指导。Objective To investigate the dynamic monitoring of non-invasive brain edema in clinical value in patients after severe brain injury. Methods 38 cases of patients with severe traumatic brain injury cured in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected as the study objects.Non invasive brain edema was used to dynamic monitor the cerebral edema and intracranial pressure disturbance coefficient. Results There were obvious difference on different time points ipsilateral CIE disturbance coefficient,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Noninvasive brain edema dynamic monitoring used in severe traumatic brain injury changes can assess brain edema progression in patients to provide guidance for clinical treatment.
