资本社会化理论的学术地位及其当代价值

摘　　要：资本社会化理论是马克思主义政治经济学的一项重要理论和经典命题。资本社会化理论研究可沿着资本主义基本矛盾、历史演变和内容实现等三个重要维度展开。在以前的相关研究中,主要形成了股份资本、金融资本、法人资本、虚拟资本、国家垄断资本等理论学说,它们对当时马克思主义政治经济学的发展和社会主义革命及建设做出了巨大贡献。资本社会化理论能够对当代一些新的经济现象做出深刻和独到的解释,因而仍是马克思主义政治经济学理论发展和话语权扩大的重要力量,是构建当今中国特色社会主义政治经济学的重要基石。In the Marxism political economics, the capital socialization theory is an important theory and a classical proposition. There are three important dimensions for us to do the capital socialization theory research, which are the basic contradiction of capitalism, historical evolution and content implementation. In the former related research achievements, there are mainly the theories of share capital, financial capital, corporation capital, fictitious capital and state monopoly capital, and they have made a great historic contribution to the development of Marxism political economics and the Socialist revolution and construction. Because the capital socialization theory is able to provide profound and unique interpretations to the contemporary new economic issues, so it is still an important force for the theory development and discourse power expansion of the Marxism political economics, and an important cornerstone of building socialism political economics with Chinese characteristics today.
