小流域综合治理与节水灌溉有效结合模式探讨——以青口河小流域为例

摘　　要：小流域综合治理与节水灌溉的有效结合,使单一的传统小流域治理模式,向多元化治理模式发展。通过青口河小流域综合治理与节水灌溉有效结合的工程规划设计和实施,总结了实践经验,并指出在规划设计时应注意的问题,以供同行们在规划设计时参考。Compared with the single mode of traditional small watershed comprehensive management,the combining mode of small watershed comprehensive management and water conservation irrigation diversifies the pattern of governance development. This paper summarizes the practical experience and points out the problems in the planning and design management project exemplified by the project design and implementation in the comprehensive management mode of the small watershed and water conservation irrigation in Qingkou River watershed.
