摘　　要：本文基于传统的SCP分析框架,加入政府规制(G)和产权结构(P)两个变量,形成扩展的产业组织分析框架(GPSCP),并对我国商业银行效率进行研究,结果发现:GPSCP分析框架比SCP框架具有更强的解释力,政府规制的放松对我国银行业整体效率的影响起到重要的促进作用,但对于不同类型商业银行来说,又有所区别;银行业市场垄断程度与绩效水平呈负相关,与大型商业银行相比,股份制商业银行和城市商业银行更倾向于竞争性的市场结构;产权的多元化有利于银行业效率的整体提升。Based on the traditional SCP analytical frame, this paper, adding two variables of the govern： ment regulation （G） and the property right structure （P）, establishes the extended industrial organization analysis framework （GPSCP） and carries on the efficiency analysis of Chinese commercial banks. The study found that： firstly, the explanatory ability of GPSCP framework is stronger than the SCP frame; sec- ondly, it played an important role in promoting the overall efficiency of Chinese commercial banks in loos- ening of government regulation, but for different types of commercial banks, the roles are different; third- ly, the banking monopoly degree is negatively correlated with the level of performance, and compared with the market structure of large commercial banks, joint - stock commercial banks and city commercial banks tend to be more competitive. Finally, the diversity of property rights is the ascension of the whole to the efficiency of the commercial banking industry.
