氧驱雾化吸入硫酸特布他林联合振动排痰治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨以氧气为动力雾化吸入硫酸特布他林联合机械振动辅助排痰治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床疗效。方法将AECOPD患者102例随机分为观察组52例和对照组50例,观察组在常规治疗基础上,采用面罩氧气雾化吸入硫酸特布他联合机械辅助振动排痰,对照组只采用氧气为动力雾化吸入硫酸特布他林。治疗期间观察两组患者的症状、体征、痰量、呼吸等改善情况,评价两组的治疗效果。观察两组患者治疗前及治疗后血气相关指标变化。对两组患者医疗总费用及住院天数统计学评价。结果观察组患者症状、体征、痰量、呼吸及相关血气指标等改善情况,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者单次住院医疗费用和住院天数与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用氧驱雾化吸入硫酸特布他林联合机械辅助振动排痰治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者,能明显改善患者的症状和体征,缩短住院时间,减少患者住院医疗总费用。Objective To explore the curative effect observation of oxygen drive atomization inhalation terbutaline sulfate combined with vibration sputum elimination in treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 120 cases of AECOPD patients were randomly divided into observation group 52 cases and control group 50 cases.Patients in observation group were treated with oxygen drive atomization inhalation terbutaline sulfate combined with vibration sputum elimination on the basis of routine treatment method.Patients in control group were treated with oxygen drive atomization inhalation terbutaline sulfate.Symptoms,signs,sputum volume,respiratory improvement of the two group during the therapy were observed.Curative effects of the two groups were compared.Changes of blood gas indexes before and after the therapy were observed.The total cost of medical care and hospital stay of the two groups were compared. Results The symptoms,signs,sputum,respiratory and related blood gas indicators in observation group were improved,compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.There was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Oxygen drive atomization inhalation terbutaline sulfate combined with vibration sputum elimination in treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients,shorten the length of hospital stay,and reduce the total cost of hospitalization.
