复方丹参注射液对妊高症患者GHS-RmRNA及Ghrelin表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方丹参注射液对HDCP患者的疗效及对GHS-RmRNA及Ghrelin表达的影响。方法选择2013年1月-2016年1月期间我院收治的99例HDCP患者作为研究对象。随机分为对照组45例和联合组54例。对照组用硫酸镁单药治疗,联合组在硫酸镁治疗的基础上加用复方丹参注射液。比较两组治疗前后DBP和SBP,血清中Ghrelin、NO、ET-1水平及胎盘组织中GHS-R mRNA相对表达量的变化。结果经2个疗程治疗后,两组孕妇的SBP及DBP均较治疗前改善明显（P〈0.05）;且联合组SBP及DBP下降更为明显（P〈0.05）;联合组血清Ghrelin水平升高,NO浓度升高,GHS-R mRNA相对表达量升高,ET-1水平降低,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。对照组治疗前后各项指标比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论复方丹参注射液与硫酸镁联合方案可以明显改善HDCP患者病理生理的改变,对血压的控制更有效,在临床中有推广应用的价值，Objective To investigate the effect of compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection on HDCP and the expression of GHS-R m RNA and Ghrelin. Methods 99 patients with HDCP cured in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected as the subjects.According to computerized randomization,they were randomly divided into control group（n=45） and combined group（n=54）.Patients in control group were treated with magnesium sulfate alone,and patients in combined group were treated with magnesium sulfate and compound Salvia miltiorrhiza injection.The levels of DBP and SBP,Ghrelin,NO,ET-1 and the relative expression of GHS-R m RNA in placenta were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The SBP and DBP of the two groups were significantly improved（P 〈 0.05）,and SBP and DBP of the combined group decreased significantly（P 〈 0.05）.The serum Ghrelin level in the combined group increased（P 〈 0.05）.The expression of GHS-R m RNA increased and the level of ET-1 was decreased（P 〈 0.05）.There was no significant difference between the control group before and after treatment（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection and magnesium sulfate can significantly improve the pathophysiologic changes of HDCP patients. It is more effective in controlling blood pressure,and it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
