临床护理路径在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析临床护理路径在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中应用效果。方法选取2013年8月-2015年12月期间在我院进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者130例作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为两组,各65例。对照组采用常规术后护理模式,观察组在常规护理模式基础上实行临床护理路径模式,分析比较两组住院情况、对疾病知识的掌握程度、护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果观察组住院情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组术后心理健康、社会功能、身体疼痛及总体健康4方面比较均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,在情感功能、生理功能两方面比较,两组无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组术后并发症发生率为3.08%,明显低于对照组的12.31%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者治疗依从率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论临床护理路径在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中应用效果显著,使护理工作可以有序进行,使护理效率达到最大化,有利于患者预后的恢复,促进护患关系更好的发展,在临床应用中具有推广价值。Objective To analyze the application effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy by clinical nursing pathway. Methods 130 cases of patients accepted the laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital during August 2013 to December 2015 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into two groups,each 65 cases.Patients in control group were treated with routine postoperative nursing mode,and patients in treatment group were treated with clinical nursing pathway based on the routine postoperative nursing mode.The hospitalization condition,mastery degree for disease knowledge,nursing satisfaction and incidence of complications of them were analysed and compared. Results The hospitalization condition of the treatment group was better than the control group in the comparison of them,there was statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）.The postoperative mental health,social function, body aches and the general health of the treatment group were greater than those of control group,there was statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）.In the comparison of emotional function and the physiological function,there was no statistical significance（P 〉 0.05）.The postoperative morbidity of the treatment group was 3.08%,which was significantly lower than that of control group with 12.31%,there was statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）.The treatment compliance rate of the treatment group was significantly greater than that of control group,there was statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There is significant application effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy by clinical nursing pathway.It can make the nursing work able to orderly processing, and maximize the nursing efficiency.It is helpful to recove the prognosis of patients,and promote the better developing of the nurse-patient relationship.It has the value of popularization in clinical application.
