摘 要:良好的用户体验是赢得新用户、增强用户粘性的重要切入点。科学地评价旅游电子商务APP用户体验并有针对性地提出改进建议,对旅游电子商务企业提高竞争力具有重要意义。首先,初步构建旅游电子商务APP用户体验评价指标体系,通过结构方程模型对所设计的指标进行验证和改进,表明指标体系和评价模型的效果较好。其次,根据结构方程模型中观测变量的路径系数对评价指标权重进行测度,进而提出了基于模糊综合评价的旅游电子商务APP用户体验评价方法。最后,通过实例分析检验方法的适用性,研究结果可以为旅游电子商务APP用户体验的提升与管理提供一定的借鉴与参考。Good user experience is an important entry point to win new users and enhance user stickiness. It is important to evaluate the APP user experience of tourism e-commerce scientifically and to put forward suggestions for improvement. It is of great significance to improve the competitiveness of tourism e-commerce enterprises. Firstly, the APP user experience evaluation index system of tourism e-commerce is constructed, and the index system and the evaluation model are verified by the structural equation model to verify and improve the index system. Then, according to the path coefficient of the observed variables in the structural equation model to measure the weight of the evaluation index, the paper put forward a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the fuzzy comprehensive e- valuation of the tourism e-commerce APP user experience evaluation method. Finally, through the example analysis of the applicability of the test method, the results can provide some reference for the improvement and management of tourism e-commerce APP user experience.
