摘　　要：目的分析2009-2013年凉山州肺结核病防治状况,为评估本地区结核病防治效果和落实防治规划提供科学依据。方法对2009-2013年凉山州间结核病网络专报系统中的疫情资料进行分析。结果 2009-2013年凉山州共登记治疗活动性肺结核病人21 084例,其中涂阳病人占59.19%;全州5年年均活动性肺结核病登记治疗率为86.45/10万;登记病例数最多的是西昌市2 425例,其次是甘洛、美姑、金阳,木里县登记报告最少是322例,登记病例主要集中在人口集聚、流动频繁、彝族同胞较多的县(市);登记患者主要为男性,占患者总数的69.49%;患病年龄以青壮年为主,15~44岁组占55.33%;患者职业以农民和农民工为主,占登记病例总数的90.76%;初诊查痰率72.56%、初诊患者转诊率66.65%,两项工作指标没有达到国家标准。结论凉山州肺结核抽样调查患病率高,报告登记治疗率较低,防治态势严峻;但经过各级相关部门的努力,全州近5年来的大部分结核病防治项目指标达到了国家的要求,今后还需要继续努力,不断提高工作质量,才能全面实现结核防控目标。Objective To investigate the situation of prevention and control of tuberculosis in Liangshan Prefecture during 2009-2013,for providing a scientific basis for assessing the effect of tuberculosis prevention and control in this area. Methods Data of the epidemic situation of tuberculosis in Liangshan from 2009 to 2013,were collected from national tuberculosis information special report network system and were analyzed by using the epidemiological statistical method. Results In Liangshan Prefecture during 2009-2013,21 084 active pulmonary tuberculosis patients were registered and treated,and new positive smear rate was 59. 19%. The active TB register rate was 86. 45/105,which was significantly lower than the results of national tuberculosis survey prevalence in two counties of Liangshan in 2010. Xichang city reported 2 425 cases which were the highest registration number in Liangshan. The cases reported from counties of Jinyang,Meigu and Ganluo were lower than Xichang city respectively. Muli county reported 322 cases that were the lowest registration number in Liangshan. The registration reports were mainly from the county or city in which population was aggregated or moved frequently,or was mainly the Yi Nationality. Registered patients are mainly male,accounting for 69. 49% of the total number of patients. Patients were mainly young adults,aged 15 to 44 years accounting for 55. 33% of the total number of patients. The occupation of registered patients is mainly farmers and migrant workers,accounting for 90. 76% of the total number of registered cases. The rate of sputum examination was 72. 56% and the referral rate of newly diagnosed patients was 66. 65%,both of which were not up to the national standard. Conclusion The prevalence rate of pulmonary tuberculosis sampling in Liangshan is high,but the treatment rate is low so that the prevention and cure situation is grim.
