2006-2015年宁波市江东区其他感染性腹泻病发病趋势及季节性特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解宁波市江东区其他感染性腹泻病发病趋势和季节性特征。方法对江东区2006-2015年其他感染性腹泻病疫情监测数据进行统计分析,采用集中度法和圆形分布法分析季节性分布,季节性与其他流行病学特征之间相关分析采用分类变量关联性分析。结果 2006-2015年江东区共报告其他感染性腹泻病病例5 288例,年均报告发病率154.61/10万,连续两年之间发病趋势一致(P>0.1)。2009年、2013-2015年发病呈现一定季节性(0.3<M<0.5)。男性2 735例,女性2 535例,0~4岁病例1432例,散居儿童1 397例。发病月份与街道、人群年龄、职业分布之间均有相关性(P<0.05)。结论江东区其他感染性腹泻病疫情形势严峻,总体发病趋势较稳定,对不同特征人群应开展针对性措施以积极做好疫情防控。Objective To analyze the incidence tendency and seasonal characteristics of infectious diarrhea other than cholera,dysentery,typhoid and paratyphoid（ hereinafter referred to as other infectious diarrhea） in Jiangdong District of Ningbo. Methods Statistical analysis was conducted on the surveillance data of other infectious diarrhea in Jiangdong District from 2006 to2015. The concentration ratio and the circular distribution were used for seasonal distribution analysis,and the correlation analysis of classified variables was conducted by the relationships between seasonal distribution and the other epidemiological features. Results A total of 5288 cases of other infectious diarrhea were reported during this period with the annual incidence of 154. 61/lakh. The incidence tendency of the two consecutive years was consistent（ P 0. 1）. There was some certain seasonal characteristic in 2009,2013,2014 and 2015（ 0. 3 M 0. 5）. The cases of male and female were 2 735 and 2 535,respectively. Those younger than 4 years old were 1 432 with the scattered children 1 397. The correlations between the seasonal distribution and the streets,the cases＇ age groups as well as occupations were statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Other infectious diarrhea is highly endemic in Jiangdong District with relatively stable incidence tendency,and targeted measures on people of different characteristics should be implemented to prevent and control epidemic positively.
