能谱CT增强检查前应用地塞米松预防不良反应的护理

摘　　要：目的总结患者能谱CT增强检查前应用地塞米松注射液预防碘过敏等不良反应的护理经验。方法回顾性分析2015年3-10月在第二军医大学东方肝胆外科医院行肝脏能谱CT增强检查的患者200例的临床资料。以在增强扫描前是否给予静脉推注地塞米松将其分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。观察组患者在增强扫描前静脉推注地塞米松注射液5mg,而对照组患者不使用地塞米松。比较两组患者对比剂不良反应发生情况。结果对照组有14例患者出现造影剂不良反应,其中轻度反应12例、中度反应2例;观察组患者出现轻度反应1例。结论在注射造影剂前静脉推注地塞米松注射液可以预防或减轻碘过敏反应,提高患者能谱CT增强检查的安全性。Objective To conclude the nursing of the adverse reaction of the application of dexamethasone before energy spectrum CT enhancement.Methods Clinical data of 200 cases were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 100 cases in each group. The observation group had 5 mg Dexamethasone before energy spectrum CT enhancement, while the control group with no Dexamethasone.The adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Results There were 14 patients in control group had adverse reaction,12 cases with mild reaction,and 2 cases with moder- ate level of reaction among them.There was 1 case with mild reaction in observation group.Conclusions The application of Dexamethasone before energy spectrum CT enhancement can prevent or reduce the adverse reactions,and improve the safety level of the energy spectrum CT enhancement.
