摘　　要：In the past over ten years, under the support of the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Finance, and the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, more than 400,000 pieces of cultural relics have been added to the collection of the National Museum of China. Recentyly, a selection of these items have been put on display. On the topics of ＂bronze ware＂, ＂paintings＂, ＂Buddhist treasure＂, ＂handicraft＂, and ＂retrieved relics＂, the exhibitions sheds light on the artistic and historic value in these cultural relics and the stories behind them
