摘 要:目的探讨脑干听觉诱发电位在新生儿高胆红素血症诊断中的应用。方法将我院收治的50例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿为观察组,选择同一时期本院接受检查的正常足月儿为对照组,采用脑干听觉诱发电位检测两组新生儿Ⅰ波、Ⅲ波、Ⅴ波的峰间期和波峰潜伏期。结果脑干听觉诱发电位率为72.0%,波形分化42只,没有引出6只,仅Ⅴ波可辨5只耳,Ⅰ波延长30只,Ⅲ波延长20只耳,Ⅴ波延长50只耳;两组新生儿各期脑干听觉诱发电位检测值比较差异有统计学意义;治疗后43例恢复正常,7例脑干听觉诱发电位异常。结论脑干听觉诱发电位用于新生儿高胆红素血症检测价值显著,能够较早了解患儿早期听力和脑干功能损伤,从而实现尽早治疗。Objective To investigate the application of brainstem auditory evoked potential in the diagnosis of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods 50 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in our hospital as the observation group, while normal full-term infants during the same period in our hospital for examination as control group, the detection of brainstem auditory evoked potentials in two groups, Ⅰ, Ⅲ, V wave wave peak interval and peak latency. Results Brainstem auditory evoked potential was 72.0%, 42 ears waveform differentiation, not only leads to 6 ears, 5 ears discernible V wave, wave I extend 30, III wave prolonged 20 ears, 50 ears extend V wave, two groups of neonatal period detected by brainstem auditory evoked potential values had significant statistic difference meaning; after the treatment of 43 cases recovered, 7 cases of abnormal brainstem auditory evoked potential. Conclusion Brainstem auditory evoked potentials for detection of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia value significantly, to an earlier understanding of children with hearing and brainstem function in early stage of injury, so as to achieve the treatment as soon as possible.
