硫辛酸治疗糖尿病并脑梗死的临床疗效及IL-6表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探究硫辛酸注射液治疗2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者的临床疗效及IL-6表达。方法将2015年3月~2016年3月收治的2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者分为两组,治疗组患者在对照组常规疗法基础上注射硫辛酸,比较两组在神经功能受损及生活行动能力的差异和IL-6水平值的变化。结果 （1）治疗组治疗后神经功能缺损评分下降幅度大于对照组,治疗组治疗后生活行动能力评分（93.28±4.35）分优于对照组的（83.42±6.47）分（P〈0.05）;（2）治疗后治疗组IL-6水平值（57.32±8.57）pg/ml低于对照组的（96.68±7.36）pg/ml（P〈0.05）。结论硫辛酸治疗2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者疗效好,能够降低IL-6水平。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and IL-6 expression of lipoic acid in the treatment of type 2 diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction. Methods Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were divided into two groups. Patients in the treatment group were injected with lipoic acid on the basis of conventional therapy in the control group. Compared the difference of the nerve function and the ability of life action and the change of IL-6 level in the two groups. Results（1） After treatment, the decrease of neurological deficit score in treatment group was significantly greater than that in control group, and the score of life action ability after treatment（93.28±4.35） was better than that of control group（83.42±6.47）（P〈0.05）.（2） After treatment, the IL-6 level in the treatment group（57.32±8.57） pg/ml was significantly greater than that in the control group（96.68±7.36） pg/ml（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Lipoic acid is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction, and can significantly reduce the level of IL-6.
