摘　　要：目的观察温阳益心法治疗冠心病患者的效果与安全性。方法选取72例冠心病患者,分为对照组与研究组(每组36例),对照组西药治疗,研究组温阳益心法治疗。比较治疗总有效率、并发症发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温阳益心法治疗冠心病患者疗效显著,安全性高,进而有助于提高患者生存质量。Objective To explore effect and safety of patients with coronary heart disease（CHD） treated with Wenyang Yixin.Methods72 patients with CHD were divided into two groups（36 in each group）.The control group treated with western medicine.The study group treated with Wenyang Yixin.Compare the total effectiveness and the incidence of complications.Results The total effectiveness of the study group was higher than the control group,s,the incidence of complications of the study group was lower than the control group,s,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Significant effect and high-security of CHD treated with Wenyang Yixin,and improve quality of life for patients.
