体育活动导向下大学生职业素养培养路径研究

摘　　要：以企业招聘人才时看重准入员工的职业素养为切入点,以体育活动为导向对大学生职业素养培养路径进行研究。通过查阅文献资料对大学生职业素养培养现状进行归纳,分析大学生职业素养缺失的原因,研究体育活动对职业素养培养的作用和优势,提出体育活动导向下职业素养培养的内容构建。运用教育学理论、逻辑分析归纳法提出构建体育活动导向下的职业素养课程、编写教材,选择教法,制定评价标准、组建多元化校园体育组织、加强体育教师培训力度、规范学校规章制度以及筹办校园体育活动赛事等培养路径,旨在对高职院校培养学生职业素养提供操作指引。It focused on the professional quality of the employees when they are recruiting talents,and takes the sports activities as the orientation to study the path of cultivating college students ＇ professional quality. By reviewing the related literature,it analyzed the current situation of undergraduates ＇ professional accomplishment,analyzed the causes of the lack of professional quality of college students,studied the role and advantages of sports activities on the cultivation of professional qualities,and put forward the content construction of professional quality cultivation under the guidance of sports activities. The author puts forward the construction of the professional quality curriculum under the guidance of the educational theory and the logic analysis induction method,and compiles the textbook,selects the teaching method,sets up the evaluation standard,forms the diversified campus sports organization,strengthens the PE teacher training,standardizes the school rules and regulations and organizes campus sports events and other training path,so as to provide the operational guideline for cultivating students＇ professional quality in higher vocational colleges.
