摘　　要：在当今的信息社会,"微课"逐渐成为当前教育改革的热点。但对微课的应用研究主要集中在基础教育上,对高校的应用和研究甚少,针对高校体育领域的应用研究及成果更是少之又少。运用SWOT分析法对微课在高校体育教学中应用的优势、劣势、机遇及威胁进行分析,并提出有效应用的路径,以期能为高校教育改革提供借鉴与参考。In the current information society,Micro Class become a hot topic in the education reform. However,the aplication and results of Micro Class are mainly concentrated in the basic education level at present,and the application of results for the physical education curriculum in college and universities is rare. This paper made a deep research on the micro class application in college physical education from the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges with swot analysis. And it proposed an effective application path,so as to provide reference for the Higher Education Reform.
