西部欠发达地区乡镇土地利用生态效应评价研究——以甘肃省榆中县为例

摘　　要：城镇化快速发展对农村生态环境造成显著负面影响,评估乡镇土地利用生态效应并预测其变化趋势,对保障生态安全有重要意义。生态效应评价是对生态系统稳定性的综合评估,包括格局和过程两个维度。以榆中县为例,构建了土地利用生态效应评价及其变化趋势预测方法体系:构建生态效应状态指数、生态效应趋势指数,基于2009和2013年数据开展各乡镇土地利用生态效应评价;模拟"发展导向"(Developmental Orientation)和"生态导向"(Ecological Orientation)两种不同情景下的2020年土地利用变化,基于模拟结果预测相应的土地利用生态效应变化趋势。研究结果表明:(1)自然地理本底条件较差的乡镇在发展过程中保持较好的生态效应状态水平,资源环境禀赋较好的乡镇生态效应状态水平反而较低;(2)不同发展模式的乡镇,其土地利用生态效应表现出明显的特征分异;(3)通过传统的土地利用管理手段提升生态安全有一定作用,但效果不明显。研究成果可应用于乡镇土地资源配置与空间格局优化过程,为在土地利用管理中回避生态风险、维护生态安全提供依据。Taking Yuzhong county as a case study, an evaluation and trend prediction method of ecological effects of land use is proposed： Ecological Effects State Index and Ecological Effects Trend Index are constructed to evaluate the ecological effects of land use, using the land use data for the year 2009 and 2013; then, by simulating land use changes in 2020 for the different development scenarios （＂ Developmental Orientation ＂ and ＂ Ecological Orientation＂） , the trend of ecological effects of land use in 2020 is predictable. The results show that： （ 1 ） During the development process, towns of poor natural resource conditions are more likely to maintain a good state of ecological effects than those of good natural resource conditions. （2） Towns of different development patterns show characteristics differentiation of the ecological effects of land use change apparently. （3） As a way to enhance the ecological security, traditional land use management is less effective than expected. Research results can be applied to the town-level land resource configuration and spatial structure optimization, and provide reference for avoiding ecological risks and maintaining ecological security.
