摘　　要：我院根据房城乡建设部2015年《关于推进建筑信息模型应用的指导意见》开设《BIM建筑技术》课程，并对课程进行课程设计和研究，得到以下结论：1．双案例教学有利于学生基本操作技能提高；2．增加开设选修课对学生BIM知识和技能有扩展和深化作用；3．通过学生培训证明本课程设计的课时和内容合理具有可操作性。According to the Ministry of construction of urban and rural housing in our hospital in 2015 ＂on the construction and application of information model of the guidance＂ opened ＂BIM building technology＂ curriculum, and the curriculum design and research of the course, get the following conclusions： 1 pairs of case teaching is conducive to improve students＇ basic skills; 2 increase of elective courses have expanded and deepened role for students BIM knowledge and skills through training students; 3 proved that the curriculum design class and reasonable operability.
