摘　　要：马钱子具有明显的药用价值,常用于治疗风湿痹症,但治疗窗窄,使用不当极易引起中毒甚至死亡,严重限制其在临床上的使用。近年来有关马钱子吲哚类生物碱药理、药代动力学方面报道不断增多,以主要有效及毒性成分马钱子碱和士的宁为主,但有关生物碱毒理及毒代动力学的研究报道仍相对较欠缺。故本文查阅了近几年来国内外相关文献,主要从生物碱化学成分,毒理作用,毒代动力学及临床安全性使用等几个方面对马钱子吲哚类生物碱进行了综述及展望,为进一步深入研究马钱子吲哚类生物碱的毒性方面提供参考及依据。Strychni Semen has significant medical value and commonly used in the treatment of rheumatism. However, the narrow therapeutic win- dow severely limits the clinical use, which improper use can easily lead poisoning or even death. The study of indole alkaloids of Strychni Semen in pharmacology, pharmacokinetics are continue increasing in recent years while the data of toxicology and toxicokinetics are still relatively lacking. In this article, we reviewed the related literatures in recent years and summarized the progress on studies of the main chemical compound, toxicological effects, toxicokinetics and the clinical application security of indole alkaloids, to provide reference and basis for its further study and clinical application.
