摘 要:研究了羟甲基化木质素对钢丝编织胶管胶料性能的影响。结果表明,随着羟甲基化木质素用量的增大,橡胶与镀铜钢丝间的H抽出力逐渐增大;当羟甲基化木质素用量为30~40份时,其增进粘合效果与间-甲-白粘合体系相当。SEM分析表明,羟甲基化木质素在橡胶基体中分散良好;RPA和DMA分析表明,羟甲基化木质素能够在橡胶基体中形成较强填料网络,具有良好补强效果。Influences of hydroxymethylated lignin on properties of compound of rubber hose weaved with steel wires were studied.The results showed that the H pull-out force between rubber and brass-plated steel wires gradually increased with the increase of the amount of hydroxymethylated lignin.The adhesion effect of hydroxymethyled lignin was closed to that of RFS adhesion system when the content of hydroxymethylated lignin was 30 phr or 40 phr.SEM results showed that hydroxymethylated lignin particle was well dispersed in the compound.RPA and DMA analysis results showed that hydroxymethylated lignin could form a strong filler network in the rubber matrix and had a good reinforcing effect.
